A dear friend highly recommended it to me. Lori highlighed my hair and it looks and feels great. I Would highly recommend CHANGES to anyone looking for a new place. The employees were very polite and courtious. I felt like I had gone there forever. Thank you Lori for the awesome job you did. I will be a repeat customer and look forward to going again when I need a touch up or a complete change. I could not have been more pleased with my experience at CHANGES. I was treated with courtesy, was listened to completely, and my hair felt renewed just like I had hoped it would.
