Rapper Lil Uzi Vert — who released their third studio album, Pink Tape, in June — has just listed a modern-contemporary, five-bedroom, six-bath home in Bell Canyon, California, for a tad under $6 million.
The house, which has stunning views of the surrounding canyon and hills, clocks in at 7,021 square feet of living space. Set on a 1.35 acre parcel with a long, gated driveway and motor court, the two-story residence is notable for its walls of glass that amplify the views and connect indoor and outdoor living.
Details include a chef’s kitchen with a generous eat-in island and wine storage. Upstairs, the primary suite boasts a fireplace and bath with dual sinks, soaking tub, glass shower and herringbone-pattern tile floors. Balconies wrap around the house, while the outdoor areas include an infinity pool and a variety of living spaces. It’s listed with Carl Gambino of Compass.

The house is part of the Bell Canyon Homeowners Association (whose motto is “Where country living meets city convenience”). That means that the new owner would have access to the HOA amenities, which include more than 70 miles of hiking trails, a Cliff May-designed equestrian center, a five-acre private park and tennis courts.
Lil Uzi Vert, whose new album went to the top of the Billboard 200 in July, bought the house, according to public records, for $4.4 million in 2021.
Other celebrities who have owned houses in Bell Canyon over the years include Chrissy Metz, Joe Rogan, Niecy Nash, Trey Songz, Alyssa Milano, Jhené Aiko, Holly Marie Combs and Shaquille O’Neal.
The 1,700-acre gated community of about 800 home sites is located just north of Calabasas and just over the L.A. County line in Ventura County.
